Once a trainee is accepted to the CA-LEND program, final admission will be contingent on completion of all onboarding requirements.

CHLA Employee Health Services Clearance (HERE) including vaccinations and screenings
Social Security Number
Background Check
Completion of NIRS trainee data entry form
